Our kitchen brigade daily prepares for you fresh homemade pasta, Tyrolean ravioli Schlutzkrapfen, soups, meat dishes from the best farms of Südtirol, tasty vegetarian courses and delicious homemade desserts by our pastry chef. Apple strudel, ice creams, cakes and much more to delight you. For dinner, we are pleased to offer you a rich buffet of appetizers and salads and a tasty choice-menu. For lunch, we wait for you “à la carte” or with a lighter snack like speck and mountain cheese. In the morning start your day with taste and energy:  our large buffet breakfast with sweet and salty temptations is there for you!

Our selected wine cellar offers the best of Italian range, with particular focus on South-Tyrolean wines.

We are at complete disposal of all guests with allergies and intolerances (gluten-free courses), and even for our youngest guests with dishes dedicated to children.

And do not forget that we often organize theme nights, such as the South-Tyrolean dinner, or an aperitif on the terrace with tasty cocktails.
